Training Program
What is the Group Training program?
The group meets
at the same time each week for the duration of the eight week program.
Benefits
of Group Training:
Specialized Training – Each Group Training session will be geared toward a specific type of training/conditioning (i.e. weight loss, skiing, golf, tennis, martial arts, power, balance, etc.)
Results – Members who use Personal Trainers are not only more likely to reach their goals, but they also attain them sooner.
Adherence
– The camaraderie and the shared training experience between Group Training members
allows you to help each other succeed and keeps you coming back for more.
Close
Supervision – By keeping
the maximum number of members in one session at five, your Personal Trainer can
still design a safe, effective program and keep close supervision of those
members in the group.
Great Value
– Group Training is a more economical alternative to one on one Personal Training.
Fun
– Its always more fun doing activities with other people.
You may either sign up individually or we’ll find a group for you. You may also put together your own group of friends and/or co-workers with similar goals, and approach one of our Personal Trainers to arrange a time.

All of our Personal Trainers at Saco Sport & Fitness are certified and are committed to providing you with the best possible service. Distinguishing Personal Trainers by degrees, certifications, continued education, specialties and years of experience, allows you to choose what level of expertise is appropriate for you.
