everybody. Be patient while finding the plan that will work best in forming
a lifelong healthy lifestyle. We are not all the same therefore exercise
plans should not all be the same. There is an exercise plan just right for
YOU!
THE REST OF THE
STORY
I am
a proud mother of one son, Stephen. When my son was young, I decided it was
time to change my lifestyle. I was very overweight and needed to make a
change. I started an exercise program which lead me to other people who had
similar goals of being healthy. After mastering an exercise program, I then
learned and incorporated healthy eating which lead to a weight loss of and
90 pounds. After achieving my goals, I decided that if I could achieve this
goal that anyone could. I wanted to become a motivator to others. So I
became a personal trainer. Over the years with my new life, I have been able
to do so many things that I thought I would never do, like ride a bike, run
5 marathons and participate in all kinds of fun physical activities. I am so
glad I made the change. I love what I do and I love all the things that have
come my way....
