New Yoga class starting Dec 12th
We welcome veteran yoga instructor, Jeanette Schmid, to Saco Sport & Fitness. She will be teaching on Mondays at 7:30pm starting December 12th. Yoga is a total mind/body workout that improves functional strength, flexibility, and muscle balance. You will improve your balance and core strength using yoga poses and flows, while focusing on their connection to breath. Multi-level options make it suitable for most fitness levels.
