The group meets at the same time each week for eight weeks unless otherwise stated by the Personal Trainer.
Benefits of Small Group Training
Specialized Training – Each session will be geared toward a specific type of training/conditioning (i.e. weight loss, skiing, golf, tennis, martial arts, power, balance, etc.)Results – Members who use Personal Trainers are not only more likely to reach their goals, but they also attain them sooner.
Adherence – The camaraderie and the shared training experience between members allows you to help each other succeed and keeps you coming back for more.
Close Supervision – By keeping the maximum number of members in one session at five, your Personal Trainer can still design a safe, effective program and keep close supervision of those members in the group.
Great Value – Small Group Training is a more economical alternative to one on one Personal Training.
Fun – Its always more fun doing activities with other people.
You may either sign up individually or we'll find a group for you. You may also put together your own group of friends and/or co-workers with similar goals, and approach one of our Personal Trainers to arrange a time.
