 What is a TRIBE?

  • TRIBE training has all of the benefits of personal training with the fun of working with a team
  • In your TRIBE, you’ll be monitored and assessed by your Tribe Coach to ensure safety, progress, and FUN!!
  • TRIBE Team Training encourages a more “intimate” setting so you can have more frequent communication with Coaches and teammates.
  • Progressive and new exercises are introduced regularly from week #1 to week #4.  From week #4 to week #6,  you’ll focus on strengthening the exercises you learned in the first 4 weeks. 
  • Each six-week season is only $174 – two 50 minute sessions per week! That means each training session is only $14.50!

with a slim waistline and firm strong abs.
