Our unique 4-phase Transformations weight loss program guides you through the process of integrating exercise and nutrition. Meet with a personal trainer one to two times a week for six months.

Phase III - Shake it up - 6 weeks
Variety is the spice of life! Keep it fresh with new routines while expanding your exercise knowledge.

Phase IV - Expand your limits - 6 weeks
Learn to safely challenge yourself for faster results.

Your personal trainer will:
  • Learn about you, your goals, and your potential obstacles
  • Map out a plan to achieve those goals and overcome the obstacles
  • Be there to support and motivate you
  • Teach you about different types of exercise and healthy eating

Fees (6 months):
Pro Trainer: $195/month
Master Trainer: $255/month
