Our Registered Dietitians can help you build a positive relationship with food , learn to effectively plan and prepare meals/snacks and adjust your meal plan to accommodate for special dietary needs.

Nicole R. Turgeon RDN, LD received her Bachelor’s Degree from Keene State College and completed her internship at Central Michigan University where she is currently working toward her Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.
Nicole is currently a licensed Dietitian in the state of Maine. Nicole believes that everyone is capable of achieving a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Through education, we become mindful and can enjoy a life full of good.

Anne L’Heureux is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people understand the connection between fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. Anne is an athlete, nutrition coach, and speaker. Anne believes that the connection between nutrition and overall well being is not only scientifically proven, but shown in the day-to-day improved mind, body, and performance that she sees with her clients. Anne is an Elite Spartan Race athlete that has used her knowledge of nutrition to elevate her performance and rise above the competition. Anne attributes this to the idea that “My food is a fuel as well as a secret to optimal recovery”.
Anne has been featured in Maine Women’s Magazine, FitMaine.com, and has been recognized as Today’s Dietitian Magazine’s “Dietitian of the Week”. Anne is a sponsored athlete for the Maine Dairy and Nutrition Council’s “Moo Squad”.
Anne’s professional background includes working with consumers as a retail supermarket dietitian and working one-on-one helping people reach their fitness and nutrition goals. Anne is a freelance writer contributing weekly nutrition resources to Spartan Race.

Leslie Ouellette received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics/Food Science & Nutrition with minors in Small Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Vermont. She went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Public Health from the University of New England.
Leslie is a Genavix Wellness Coach and is a registered and licensed dietitian within the state of Maine.
She believes that nutrition and wellness are all about finding ways to enjoy eating food that nourish the body without making life too stressful.
Anne LaPierre received her Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Human Nutrition with a minor in health & fitness from the University of Maine, Orono. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition.
She is a registered and licensed dietitian within the state of Maine. Anne is a Genavix Wellness Coach.
Her philosophy on nutrition includes coaching, counseling and empowering individuals to improve health, performance and reduce risk of chronic disease by making simple dietary changes.
