The structure & accountability of regular exercise can help improve other areas of your life, on top of that you’ll feel healthier, have more energy and be more confident doing the things you enjoy!
THE REST OF THE STORY:
In High school I played football and lifted weights 3 days a week during the offseason. After graduating high school, during the pandemic I had packed on some extra weight and I wanted to make a change. I set my focus towards bettering my health and priorities in my life. In two years and down just about 70 pounds later I’ve decided to make it my mission to help others who want to do the same thing for themselves!CERTIFICATIONS
