PHILOSOPHY ON EXERCISE
The path to a better “you” is not a straight line. We all it roadblocks, fall down, and feel like we should just throw in the towel. But if you think of why you started and how bad you want to make a change, chances are you’ll dust yourself off and break down any barriers in your way! Exercise is not just about aesthetics; it’s a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual journey. To reap the benefits, all you have to do is start moving!
Program design for distance runners, OCR runners, Cross-fit enthusiasts, sports conditioning, volleyball training, boot camp style training, and flexibility training.
THE REST OF THE STORY
Exercise (especially weightlifting) has changed who I am as a person. I began lifting when I was 18 years old while suffering from anorexia/binge eating disorder. Lifting weights made me feel powerful and over time allowed me to take back control of MY body. I realized how good it felt to be strong and that food played a huge roll in the continuation of my newfound phenomenon. I became so self-inspired that I began reading every fitness article I could get my hands on and finally decided to quit my 9-5 job to become a personal trainer. I’ve never looked back!
