THE REST OF THE STORY
After years of competitive distance running and constant impact on the body, I decided to deepen my knowledge of yoga and make a change to develop a more sustainable routine. I fell in love with the mind body connection to wellness and upon completing my 200hr training I wanted to take that approach to fitness and began my personal training cert. I strive to create a positive impact on the way others view fitness and their personal journey.
